If you think that the Road Crew is ONLY about handing shit out at shows, then you're WRONG!! It's about team work, being creative, handing shit out, talking to people, hitting message boards, emails, following instructions, chats, meeting with bands and tour managers, checking out e-cards and sending in detailed reports. If you can't do this stuff, then don't bother. After you help us, then we'll hook you up with stuff. But don't think that this is just a free ticket to Roadrunner shows! Ask the peeps on the crew, if you don't help us, you will be tossed aside. You do your shit, and we will hook your ass up!

Kaiowas Records is seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join their new E-Team! As a member of the new Kaiowas E-Team, you will be at the forefront, helping to spread the word on the latest news, music, e-cards, links, images and more from Kaiowas's roster of artists. In exchange, you will be eligible for free CDs, concert tickets and even chances to meet the artists!
